Pedigrees

We are currently working on constructing pedigree model structures. A pedigree is a special case of a BN where each node has exactly two parents. We have encoded an SLP approximation of the prior used in the Familias program (http://www.math.chalmers.se/ mostad/familias/) [Egeland, Pettera, Mevåg, StenersenEgeland et al.2000]. Latest code is in pedigrees/weighed which includes samples from the approximating prior and some simple mcmc runs.
